Frequently asked engineering questions

Clear answers regarding tooling ownership, prototyping cadences, quality benchmarks, and overseas logistics.

Full CAD and tooling ownership transferred to your studio
Strict NDA and bilateral intellectual property protection
Direct engineering communication in fluent technical English

Steel mold tooling for injection PVC/ABS typically requires 28 to 35 calendar days from signed engineering CAD approval to first shot (T1) sample. Copper electroformed vinyl molds require 18 to 22 days. Resin silicone tooling completes in 10 to 14 days. Once T1 samples are approved with color masters, mass production generally takes 30 to 45 days depending on batch volume and paint complexity.
